Introduction
Welcome to my ‘Professional Development Space’. I have two lives; one is focused around Château Chavagnac, the other is my professional life as an organisational consultant, facilitator and educator in the UK. With the retreats and courses we are now starting to run and host at Château Chavagnac, I am doing my best to have the two lives coincide, but it is not always possible. In any case, I have decided to link these professional pages to our Château Chavagnac web site, to maximise any cross-over opportunities between my two lives!
My professional expertise concerns leadership, change, learning and development within organisations and I have a particular passion for supporting the continuing professional development of other organisational practitioners.
I am using these web pages to promote my professional services and share some of my ideas about organisation leadership, change, learning and development. I am passionate about keeping in touch with and creating thought leadership in these areas and specialise in making new theories, approaches and models (particularly from various branches of psychology) relevant and accessible to others working within organisations.
